I asked God to make my handicaped child whole, but He said:
NO, his spirit is already whole and
his body only temporary.

I asked God to give me patience, but He said:
NO, Patience is a product of trials and tribulations,
and is not granted but learned.

I asked God to give me hapiness and He said:
No, I give you blessings, but hapiness is yours
to decide upon.

I asked God to spare me of pain and suffering, but He said:
No, suffering draws you away from worldly cares
and brings you closer to Me.

I asked God to give me things so I can enjoy life, but He said:
No i give you life so you can enjoy and appreciate
things that you have.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said…Ahhhh, finally you got the
idea.
