KOMARICA’S MEMORANDUM TO RS PRESIDENT CAVIC – "Dear
Mr President, on several occasions I have asked you, by word
of mouth or in written, to use your authority and help solve
certain  problems of paramount importance for the Catholic
Church in the RS. Unfortunately, none of these have been solved
so far. I am forced to apply to you once again with a request
that the RS authorities finally do what is in their competence
and positively solve certain cases some of which have been
awaiting solution for 14 others for 10 years….
